The German school system does not necessarily prefer extroverted children over introverted children. While there may be a focus on group work and participation in class discussions, schools also value individual work and independent thinking. Both extroverted and introverted children can thrive in the German school system as long as they are able to engage with the material and demonstrate their understanding in various ways. Ultimately, the system aims to support all students in reaching their full potential, regardless of their personality type. **

There is no definitive answer to whether extroverted people are happier as happiness is subjective and can vary from person to person. Extroverted individuals may derive happiness from social interactions and external stimuli, while introverted individuals may find happiness in solitude and introspection. It ultimately depends on the individual's personality, values, and preferences in determining what brings them happiness. **

Our society is extroverted because extroversion is often valued and rewarded in social and professional settings. Extroverted individuals are seen as outgoing, confident, and assertive, traits that are often associated with success and leadership.
